Policy

At Warehouse Garden Centre we always remain confident in believing our products and services are the best of quality. As a business we understand and appreciate there may be occasions where customers are not satisfied with their choice of purchase. In order to make this a smooth process for our customers we have outlined the following policy.

1. Not happy with your product?

At Warehouse Garden Centre our Buying and Head of Supply team are continuously working with suppliers to ensure the quality of all our products is at its highest standard. In the event you receive your item which you are not happy with, please follow the steps outlined below.

  • Call our store 01925 637 837 or visit our Warrington branch

  • Take photos of your product which you are unhappy with, be ready to send these across to us

  • Explain your situation to a member of our Customer Services team

Our Customer Services department will be responsible for dealing with your complaint and enquiry. If for any reason your complaint needs to be escalated, then at this this point it will be referred to Senior Management.

2. Not happy with the quality of service?

All the team at Warehouse Garden Centre are required to participate in our 4 week training programme. Our training programme has been set in place to ensure all our members of staff are trained on delivering a high standard service to all our customers.

If, on any occasion you have been unhappy with the level of service receive. We urge our customers to write to us on Unit 42 Bank Quay Trading Estate, Warrington, WA1 1PJ. You must ensure the letter has been addressed to Senior Management. 

3. Returning your item and return labels

If for any instance you have received your item(s) and they are faulty or you are not satisfied with them. You will have the option of either bringing it back to our Warrington store, or sending it back to us.

Once you have spoken to a member of our team and agreed terms for returning, you will be sent a return label. You will be required to carefully package your item and attach the return label. 

​

When we have received your items, we will carry out all necessary checks and issue you a replacement item or a full refund.  Item(s) which have been purchased online, can also be returned to our Warrington store.
